Payment

Payment is through PayPal or Direct Checkout. Direct Checkout accepts all major credit cards.

Shipping

All purchases made in the U.S. are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days from day of shipment and includes delivery confirmation. If you would like to insure your purchase, please contact me prior to purchase so insurance can be added to the total cost of shipping.

International orders ship USPS First Class Mail. Delivery times vary greatly depending on destination and customs - typically between 1-3 weeks but can be as long as 6 weeks. All international orders are insured. Upgrades to faster shipping are available - please contact me prior to purchase so that an adjustment to shipping can be made.

Refunds | Exchanges  

We want you to be completely satisfied and we take your happiness seriously! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at info@rebeccascottjewelry.com to request a return authorization within 7 days of receipt of item. We will get back to you with a return authorization within 24 hours. Then please ship your item back for an exchange or refund within 7 days of return authorization. The item(s) must be unworn and in the exact new condition and resalable.
Please note that purchaser is responsible for return and/or exchange shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of returned merchandise, less shipping costs.
